As Development Director, I integrate technology and dispute resolution theory to develop the most efficient and effective processes for our mediators and clients.

Driven by a belief that all people are united in a desire to be happy and reduce suffering, I am dedicated to the study and practice of conflict management, peacemaking, and nonviolent action.

Karen and Michael have assembled an exceptional team, and together we are carrying out our vision to develop an innovative center of excellence. The creativity and dedication that we bring to our work is complemented by the care and support we show each other on a daily basis.
