Mediation is the less stressful, more affordable way to divorce. Spouses never have to go to court, and they decide what's best for their family - not a judge. Our skilled mediators provide guidance through every part of the process, including asset and debt division, spousal support, and child custody. Clients have clarity and peace of mind knowing they have our support throughout their entire process.

How does mediation work?

1. Free Consultation: We offer a one hour, online, no-obligation consultation at no cost. Our expert mediators explain how mediation works, answer questions, and provide a personalized flat fee.

2. Reach Agreements: Our mediators guide a discussion of all important topics, explain the law, and help spouses create agreements that meet their family’s unique needs.

3. Completing the Process: We put the agreements in writing and provide support throughout the process.

What services does Aurit Mediation offer?

What are the advantages of mediation?

We believe nothing is more important than the well-being of children and mediation protects them from a harmful court process. It also saves time and money, is private, reduces stress, focuses on solutions, and keeps spouses in control, to name just a few.

Is the referred client’s information confidential?

Yes. We maintain strict confidentiality. Client information is never shared.

How long are mediation discounts valid?

Discounts do not expire. The referral can move forward whenever they’re ready, and the discount will be applied to their total mediation services fee.

How are referral fees paid?

Referral fees are paid to the referrer, via PayPal or Stripe, within 30 days of the referred case beginning mediation.

How is the mediation discount applied?

The $400 discount is applied to the total mediation flat fee at the time of payment-in-full, when mediation begins.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals?

There is no limit to the number of families you can help, and no limit to the referral fees you can receive. You can make unlimited referrals.

What if the person I refer to doesn't mention my name?

No problem. Our referral tracking system uses unique links to ensure you get credit for each of your referrals. When your unique referral link is used to book a consultation, you receive credit for the referral, even if the person booking doesn't mention your name.

Can I promote my unique referral link on social media?

Absolutely! Share your unique referral link on social media, your website, newsletters, or any other platform where you have an audience. The more families we help, the better.

Are there any tax implications for the referral fee I earn?

Referral fees may be considered taxable income. Consult with a tax professional for specific guidance on reporting your earnings.

Do I need to be a divorce professional to refer someone?

No! We welcome referrals from anyone who believes that our mediation services could benefit someone they know.
